As a Leadership & Organization Development Consultant, I supported two hospitals and their leadership teams, helping to build organizational effectiveness and leadership capacity. One of the most personally fulfilling initiatives I had the privilege to work on was the enterprise-wide annual employee engagement survey. Coordinating this for an organization of over 10,000 employees was daunting. We were able to build a coaching program for top quartile performers to mentor those in the bottom quartile and saw a remarkable jump in survey scores year over year as a result of the mentoring initiative.

This included not only traditional call center metrics such as Average Handle Time (AHT) and Close Rates, but also Upsell percentages. My proudest moment came when our Filipino location, which I spent extensive time developing, went from last in performance to the top performing sales location in the organization.
